Return & Refund Policy

Because GA Fairway Co. products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or a change of mind after an order has been placed.

Please review product descriptions, size guides, colors, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact GA Fairway Co. within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You generally will not be required to return a damaged, defective, or misprinted item.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may ask you to verify the shipping address and check with the local carrier before a replacement or refund is issued.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Orders Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery office. Replacement or refund eligibility for packages marked as delivered will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately. Once fulfillment has begun, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
